We are proud to be a nationally certified clinic, providing urgent care services to Adams, NY and its surrounding communities. Our full-time staff and providers at Adams Urgent Care are all born and raised in the area and are urgent care trained for your immediate medical concerns.
Our services include treatment for a variety of conditions including cold and cough, allergies, sore throats, and colds, minor injuries like sprains, cuts, and fractures; plus no appointment vaccinations and x-ray services through our association with Samaritan Medical Center.

Meet Our Staff
Collins Kellogg
A Lowville native, Dr. Kellogg received his medical degree from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. He has served his community by leading and taking part in many important healthcare projects, serving on boards, and implementing new programs. In 2008 he assumed ownership of Watertown UC. He received the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016 from Samaritan Medical Center.
Joseph F. Wetterhahn
Dr. Wetterhahn, our Assistant Medical Director, is a graduate of SUNY Health Science Center in Syracuse. He completed his residency at the Williamsport Hospital Medical Center in Williamsport, PA and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice, being a senior staff member for the Samaritan Family Health Center since 1990. He resides in Adams and works primarily from the Adams medical center.
Jacquelyn Barnes
Jackie moved to Tug Hill last winter after practicing as a family/emergency medicine PA in remote areas of Alaska for the past 20 years. Jackie graduated from University of Colorado in 1999 from the Child Health Associate PA program with an emphasis in rural medicine.
